Return policy in case of mobile phones & heavy electronic products:


  • Full advance payment is required for the confirmation of order for this product.     

  • In case of any existing physical damage on the product, identified at the time of delivery, customers need to notify the matter immediately. No returns for physical damages will be accommodated once products are received by customers.

  • Only company provided guarantee/warranty will be applicable. In case of an applicable service warranty, customers have to show the warranty card (if any) provided by Bagdoom/Merchant company at service centres to avail the warranty service.

  • For warranty services, customers will have to contact the merchant company directly.

  • For any delivered product not matching the actual ordered product on the website, returns will be accommodated. Customer needs to notify Bagdoom within 24 hours.
